Humanity Acupuncture is an out-of-network provider and DOES NOT accept any sort of insurance as form as payment, though we can provide our patients with a “superbill” invoice with all relevant codes to submit to insurance companies for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about your policy coverage to see if they reimburse for acupuncture.

Insurance Companies that have usually have some sort of Acupuncture coverage include Aetna, NYSHIP, Cigna, United Healthcare (except Oxford), BCBS.

Medicare has recently approved acupuncture for some pain conditions, but Humanity Acupuncture does not accept Medicare.
