Creating Health vs. Managing Dysfunction

As we become more aware of the actual role of symptoms in the body. That is to say as a wake-up call to a deeper imbalance in your body that needs to be addressed, not merely a problem to be covered up or managed, we begin to see the folly of being reactive in regards to your health care. Ignoring the opportunity to actually create vibrant health, and waiting till things go wrong in your body to begin to do something about it, usually with drugs (which are foreign to the body and come with a laundry list of side effects worse than the original symptom).

Taking a proactive approach means taking an active role in creating vibrant health.

3 great things you do to be more proactive in your health:

1) Build a diet based on nutrient dense, organic (where possible), non-processed foods like our grandparents ate. If your eating convenience foods your eating marketing, NOT FOOD. Learn to cook for yourself.

2) Stay properly hydrated, making sure you are also getting enough quality sea salt in your diet. You are a bio-electrical being and your body needs to be hydrated and supplied with minerals & electrolytes to function properly.

3) Regularly Balance your bodies core energy flows using acupuncture. Utilizing State-Of-The-Art Technology, I will scientifically chart and show you how energy is moving in your body, where it’s moving well and nourishing your tissues, where its stuck, where it too low and where its too high, and how these findings relate to your current complaints. Utilizing this information, we then bring you you back into balance, addressing you current symptoms, and preventing other symptoms from ever surfacing. This is creating real health vs. managing dysfunction. Its your choice.

I encourage you to begin to take more responsibility for actively cultivating health in your own body. I invite you to call or book an appointment to begin your journey today.

Many Blessings,
